How it works

1

Call to book, or walk in

Phone your local pharmacy and we will find you a time, usually the same day. You can also call in without an appointment.

2

Private consultation

Sit down with our pharmacist in a private, confidential room. They will ask about your symptoms, your health and any medicines you take.

3

Treatment and advice

You will get expert clinical advice. Where appropriate, the pharmacist can prescribe and dispense the right treatment for your condition on the spot.
