Personal data is information that can be used to identify you: your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, and telephone numbers.
When you register an account, we collect your email address, first and last name, address details, phone number, password (this is encrypted and is not visible to us), order history and wish list.
When you place an order, we collect your email address, first and last name, address details, mobile number and the details of your order.
Health information. If you submit prescription details to us, ask our pharmacist a question, or answer the pharmacist's questions on a medicine product, we collect the health information you give us. We treat this as special category data, we use it only to assess and fulfil your request safely, and access to it is limited to the pharmacy team who need it.
Our prescription forms do not accept file uploads. We collect the details you type in, and we contact you by phone or email to arrange dispensing. Prescription medicines are not sold online — they are collected in person or delivered to you after our pharmacist has verified the prescription.
Non-personal data is statistical information about how visitors use the site, which cannot be used to identify or contact you.
We use your personal data:
We use non-personal data to understand how the site is used, to improve it, and to estimate audience size and usage patterns.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you to process orders; on your consent for marketing email and for non-essential cookies; on our legal obligations for pharmacy record-keeping and tax; and on our legitimate interests in running and improving the website securely. Where we process health information, we do so for the purposes of your healthcare, handled by or under the responsibility of a pharmacist bound by professional confidentiality.

Online medicine transaction records are kept for two years, as the PSI requires. Other order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is kept only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then deleted.
