We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. We deliver with An Post and DPD.
You choose between An Post and DPD at checkout. Both usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
An Post delivery is free when your order comes to more than €54.99.
Free delivery does not apply to orders containing sale items or items covered by a special offer, such as a multi-buy or a two-for-one. If anything in your bag is reduced or part of an offer, the usual delivery charge applies to the order. DPD delivery is charged at €7.49 on every order.
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as we can, and delivery by either carrier usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or in bad weather.
Click & Collect is available at all seven McCormack's Pharmacy stores and is always free. You can order online and collect from the store you choose. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect — please bring your order confirmation with you.

Certain healthcare and pharmacy-only products require review by our pharmacy team before they can be dispatched. This may add a short delay. Our pharmacist may contact you before supplying an item, and may decline to supply it where it would not be clinically appropriate to do so. Where we decline to supply a product, we refund you in full for that item.
It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery address you give at checkout is correct and complete. Please check it before you place your order. Because we prioritise fast dispatch, it may not be possible to change delivery details after an order is placed — contact us straight away and we will do what we can.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete and your parcel is returned to us, we will resend it once the additional delivery charge has been paid. We do not charge a restocking fee.
