Pharmacist Review

For some medicines and pharmacy-only products, Irish pharmacy standards require extra checks before supply. McCormack's Pharmacy handles this through a short, confidential questionnaire reviewed by our pharmacy team.

How it works

1. Choose the product you need.
2. Answer the short product-specific questions when prompted.
3. Place your order as normal.
4. Our pharmacist reviews your answers before the item is dispatched or made ready for collection.

Why supply may be delayed or declined

Our pharmacist may contact you for more information, suggest a more suitable product, recommend speaking with your GP, or decline supply where the product is not suitable based on the information provided.
