By phone or email, usually the same working day, to confirm timing and answer any questions.

Good to know

We hold your prescription on file and dispense each repeat as it falls due. Please allow two working days, and order before you run out — particularly around bank holidays.

If your prescription has expired, or your GP has changed your dose, we will need a new prescription before we can dispense. We will tell you as soon as we spot it.
