Lecithin Granules 500G

These Lecithin Granules are produced from non-GM soya beans. Lecithin is a rich source of omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids, when taken daily as part of a varied diet, they may help maintain normal cholesterol levels and cardiovascular health. Lecithin is also a source of phosphatidyl choline (PC), a nutrient that may help in the breakdown of fats and may play a role in brain function. As many of the foods we eat have been refined, many people (particularly those on a low fat, low cholesterol diet) like to supplement the body’s own supply of lecithin.
