Quest Super Once A Day contains nutrients that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue including Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C. This is a high potency "all-in-one” formula, providing 17 vitamin and vitamin-related ingredients, 12 minerals and 12 additional factors to augment dietary intake where needed. The minerals are chelated to a blend of amino acids to maximise absorption. Contains a gentle form of ‘iron’ which is less likely to cause constipation or digestive discomfort. This patented timed-release tablet is designed to release nutrients over 6 hours and optimise absorption of water-soluble vitamins.
One tablet daily with the main meal
Multimineral amino acid blend providing: magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, chromium, molybdenum, selenium & vanadium; di-calcium phosphate, vitamin C, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lecithin, vitamin E (as natural source prep), pantothenic acid (calcium salt), thiamin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, niacin (as nicotinamide), choline bitartrate prep, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, dl-methionine, magnesium stearate, citrus bioflavonoids, lysine HCl, betaine HCl, vitamin A (as prep, antioxidant: tocopherols), biotin prep, vitamin B12, papain, rutin, cysteine, folacin (as folic acid), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
